Preliminaries:There are a thousand things to think about when planning a world cruise... from 'toothpaste' to 'travel warnings'....... the logistics can become overwhelming, arrangement have to be made for every aspect of daily life, paying bills, maintenance around the house, tax returns etc.
We booked this cruise, early September 2008 as I had already decided to retire at the end of the year, we had the time and hopefully the money, if my pension plan co-operated.
